This render will be used as a backdrop in my ongoing anime-influenced celshaded project. I wanted to see how it would look at the full res of 720p. Note that I'm not going for a photorealistic look here. The elements have been intentionally simplified and the textures kept relatively subdued. The image should be more reminiscent of a painted anime backdrop than a photo. I may add some subtle DOF effects in the final version, depending on how well it works in conjunction with the characters.
